Accommodate erroneous salutations that exist within PDS

Previously, users were unable to start Encounters for patients with erroneous PDS (Patient Demographic Service) values such as ‘Mrs.’ instead of ‘Mrs’. We’ve updated the Helix Vaccination app to function as designed and accommodate the erroneous PDS salutations.
